Here’s a little more about me beyond psychology and academics: I am a Colorado native. Albeit cliche, I enjoy Colorado’s bounty of outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. Beyond private practice I teach graduate level students in psychology, mindfulness, and relationships. I have two fur friends that watch me write and write and read and read. I have a partner of whom I adore. My growing hobbies include gardening, woodworking, scuba diving, and poetry. I do deep life work: my meditations quiet, my integrity clear, my laughter loud.
